Inscription on portrait side: hENRICVS R EX
Inscription on cross side: AL[GAR?] ON LVNDE

It is a short cross penny (or half penny?) by one of the Henrys, I, II or III, minted in London by a mint master named Algar (?). Someone more versed in early English coinage can probably nail it down further.
