It's been damaged after it left the U.S mint. PMD. The reverse is out of round where the damage is.

looks like a partial 'vise job'. That gouge on the reverse is the mark from the rim of another quarter.

I agree that it is a damaged coin, value is 25 cents.

Thanks for the help everyone, not what I was hoping to hear but they can't all be special I guess.
When you say "partial vise job" are you saying someone actually put it in a vise? I'm new remember, sometimes I'm gonna have stupid questions LOL.
