I'm thinking AG Marve65, since Lincoln's profile, face, cheek, date and mint mark is heavily worn down.

I was gonna say G4-G6 based on the rims but I'm far from a pro at grading. Cool find though.

G4 for me. Always a good pick-up.

Well ya got bits and pieces of a 4 but in a net grade it would come out 03, I just think the badly worn areas offset the rest of the details that remain, if it was a semi key Lincoln I could absolutely see it at 04 but a common 20-D with almost 43 million minted?

I agree Marve65. I'm thinking AG is the best it'll grade at. It's very worn from years of circulation. I looked up the mintage numbers on USA C B and it said 49,280,000.

AG, almost good enough for G4 because they are typically softly struck.
