1983 Lincoln Memorial Penny Possible A Small DDR?

I'm not too sure as if this may be a possible DDR. Trust me I am crossing my fingers over here. I kid you not this was the last 83 I had from stash. I can see a small Amount in the U of United and the S's of state but only at the top of the Letters. I think E-Pluribus UNUM kind of looks strong but again this is the closets I've been out of all the 400 83's I had.

If not let me down easy

It is not a doubled die. I have seen this multiple times on zincolns and have never had anyone explain what this is very well. I have seen it with sunken and raised areas in the center of the letters and have deduced that it is some sort of plating issue, due to movement of the plating. Maybe from corrosion and maybe from just movement of the plating but not a doubled die.

Yea, Now I am confused as isn't some of that Lazy Die? Man I Tell ya why cant One just fall from the sky so DD its all you see on the coin hshaha

diferent coin jus back to 82 but how is this considered DDR
