Hello! I figured I'd run another one past y'all!

The left side on the obverse & the match right side on the reverse have a weird error & I was wondering if it's a mint error or PMD? If it's a mint error, what kind of error would this even be?

please let me know if you have any questions or would like more pictures/different angles.

Thank you for any & all help & guidance!

It is damage.
Looks like the rims have been squeezed.
Notice how the L has also been flattened.

Can you get a side view of the edge? Could be a minor Clipped Planchet error. I'm not convinced it's damage just yet.
