In my opinion, that is no way for a "rating" company to run a business; give the actual rating it deserves instead of looking out for a bogus reputation.

We are programmed to pay more for a PCGS slab with a CAC sticker these days.
Collectors continue to pound into our heads that CAC is the way to go; now, everyone seems to believe it.
They are basically the same; an old guy sitting there giving his opinion on the nature of a coin's condition.
