I am a little miffed on this coin because I am not entirely sure which RPM this would be. At first I was thinking it was RPM-37 but the markers are just not there. Any thoughts or Two Cents?

Mint mark positioning on your coin is incorrect for 037 .... http://www.varietyvista.com/02b%20L...0DRPM037.htm

Nice RPM. Hopefully you're able to match it.

Looked around and found this; hopefully, it could help. I'm not sure if this information is correct, but maybe others will provide more insight...
The seller posted this info about his coin up for sale:
"The reference picture is courtesy of our friend Bob Piazza of coppercoins.com showing an attributed (confirmed)
1960-D/D RPM # 2 specimen for comparison to our coin.

You went waaaaaay to far, it was the 2nd one on VV. Remember that you need to look at the different stages when checking RPM's. This one changes in it's look dramatically as the die gets older.

CoinForMe pointed you in the right direction.

Fortunately, I did not... That post was just me commenting about the potential task ahead. After I posted it, I saw that CoinForMe had posted first. I took his clue and started looking through all the stages until my day job required my attention.

Actually, I was referring to the OP going to 037 where it was 002.
