Checked it out. The level of detail in Lincoln's hair suggests that was an unusually well struck uncirculated coin.
I'm not sure I understand your point though. Are you trying to say that a presumptive 1917-P Lincoln CentDDO FS-101 isn't the real thing unless it has equally strong doubling?

Searching for a variety in a roll of AG/G Lincoln cents that have probably already been searched through by someone else isn't the same as searching through a pile of original BU bank rolls. But the find sure made my day. And PCGS lists a slabbed 1917-P DDO FS-101 in G4 as worth $110.
