Recent purchase. 19mm diameter 4.88g weight. Looks like copper. Any ideas for an ID?

Looks like someone tried to clean it to be able to ID. Some coins are so worn they just cannot be identified. Some collectors buy a bunch of worn coins in a group lot, clean them hoping to find something interesting. But it's important to learn how to properly clean ancient coins without damaging them. The patina has been removed, harshly cleaned. Bronze/copper coins this badly worn are not worth buying or cleaning in my opinion unlees it's done just for fun.

There's prior posts here on CCF and online how to safely clean ancient bronze/copper coins without stripping off the patina.

One side may be bust of female facing right, maybe Tyche, other than that I have no clue.
