I looked in tokencatalog.com and I see a number of different W.T. Vogeli tokens, all with dual denominations (5c / 2-1/2c, 10c / 5c, and 25c / 12-1/2c). According to the listings, Vogeli was the manager of a billiards hall. I'm wondering since the reverse specifies "12-1/2 in trade", and the obverse just says 25c, maybe the larger amount was for game play. Just a guess... Member of SPMC, FCCB, ANA and ANS.
