I recently bought a group of countermarked Philips IV Maravedis coins.. Thought it was a good addition to my mainly "modern" Spanish coins.. Most of them I can narrow down the host coin or the mintplace from the countermarks.
The Lion side is clear, just 1 counterstamp "VIII".

The Castle side is a bit of a mesh. Maybe even a double shield.. If I follow the outlines, it seems that they don't 'connect'.

It seams that on top there is also the counterstamped VIII, also I think the "H" is not from the host coin.

On the right side on top, there is a counterstam with the year "164?"

Anyway, I really like this coin, and it's getting a nice spot in the collection..
