PCGS - This 2006 Silver Eagle was struck through a piece of stray plastic during minting — a stellar example of a "struck-through" mint error. Both the silver coin and the culprit are now encapsulated in a PCGS two-coin holder. An American classic with a twist, fit for the Fourth.

Very cool, I never get anything out of the ordinary from the mint other than the occasional scratched coin.
