I got this 1986-D quarter with change back the other day and my curiousity of what sort of PMD would possibly cause it to take on its current condition has been thoroughly piqued. Can anyone maybe provide their experienced opinion on what sort of PMD may have caused this? Just hoping to put out the fire my curiousity has lit. Thanks!
