Do all the grading companies use the same sized slabs so the slab will fit in a binder or something? Or do the outside dimensions differ with different companies's slabs?

Not only are different companies different sizes, but slabs from the same company have changed shape and size over time.

Yeah, the only standard is that there is no standard. CCCS soft slabs and ICCS slabs are the same size.
