Just my opinion but for these modern commems, I would stick with the cheapest grading service (in terms of cost) and that would be ANACS. PCGS and NGC are slightly more expensive when it comes to submissions. ANACS should give you a bulk submission discount for that quantity.

VictoryBullion.

You have a LOT of money tied up in these Lincoln proofs!

I think the $200 price you're quoting is for coins graded by PCGS as PR70DCAM that were bid to high levels. A quick look at ebay's completed listings doesn't show more (sometimes much less) than $80 for an NGC PR69 ULTRA CAMEO.

The coins you submit for grading will not all come back as 70s so you'll likely be taking a loss on many of the coins that grade 69 regardless of the TPG used.

ANACS may give you a price break as vermontensium noted but my guess is you'll be lucky to sell an ANACS PF70DCAM for much over $100 so I'm not sure that's a good option.

If I was dead set on submitting for TPG, I would use either PCGS or NGC due to their reputation being excellent. Then I would sort the coins and submit only those that looked "perfect" under 5X magnification. Lastly I would say a prayer that I wouldn't lose money on the deal because by the time you factor in fees, insurance, shipping, etc. it's likely to cost $30 per coin that won't be recouped on the ones that come back 69s.

Good Luck!
