I'm always impressed with the high relief of Lincoln portrait on these early cents.

Lovely chocolate brown surfaces with minimal wear, so I'm suggesting AU-something.

There are a number of unusual indentations on the obverse surfaces. I'm not sure what they are but if corrosion then PCGS might have Detailed the coin.

It may just be the photo, my screen, my old eyes, or some combination, but I do not see it as MS. However, I am always prepared to be proven wrong.
