Hmm. All but the second of those photos have issues!

Jbuck, must be an IPhone or Safari thing. The picture did fully load, then went grey again. I can see the new images now. Nice find.

Yeah, you can see them, but they have colour bands. Like one bad bit in the JPEG throws off the render. Maybe save them as WEBP and upload again?

I can open all your images very well, so no problem at all for me to see them. Nice cracks on your coin! Quote: Yeah, you can see them, but they have colour bands. Edited: Yeah, you right jbuck. This is how it look for me in my phone:

@a1, still something kinda weird going on with your pics, but I'm seeing some with green bands. Anyways, Abe's shoulder looks like it might have a RIDB to me. The dies from the mid-1950 cents were definitely used well past their normal lifetimes.

Thanks rmpsrpms for identifying this error. I looked at the link you sent and it is an exact look alike of RIDB-Ic-1955-20. I was so excited about the error of the date, that I never saw the Retained Cud. Now a big question, should an error like this be sent to say ANACS to have it labeled as this specific error and slabbed. I know the coin will not grade high, so I wouldn't send it to PCGS. Any opinions?

I think that you would not realize enough of a financial benefit from slabbing this coin to make that step worthwhile. If it was mine, I'd store it in a 2x2 and write the attribution on the label.

I agree with @Spence. Only very valuable coins benefit from slabbing, unless for some reason you're collecting minor varieties and errors in ANACS slabs.

It is a nice RIDB on the shoulder as for the image issues, I see no gray, just a green band, but the coin is still visible.
