you bet.

when I use my cell phone to take coin images, I set it to take images with a 1:1 ratio (square) then I zoom in to about 5.0x - this gets me images that will be anywhere from 650 to 800 pixels on each side. Then I will resize them on my computer to reduce them to 600x600 pixels - that gives me images that will be right around 100K

I see no evidence of a titled die or a die misalignment. The sloping portion of the design rim could be due to Machine Doubling (specifically, slide doubling), although the absence of smearing in the design renders that diagnosis problematic. It could also be smearing that occurred during ejection (another source of slide doubling). In any event, it seems to be an effect generated by die or coin movement.
