Could this be proofversion or just polished dies? Look between horselegs looks like diepolish? I think its new polished dies
So a circulated and worn example but still a strong strike.

thank you Hondo I have a hard time singling out proofs, this was bought with a similar one just as au coins.
numista states that there is a proof version
