1968 Spain 25 Pesetas Extreme Finning And More

I picked this one out of a bulk bin today, I could see the finned rim from a mile away, and it's a nice enough one anyway.

I'd really appreciate some insight as to what caused the partial second row of denticles, and the finning too, if not the same cause. There may be a small Cud tucked in there too, but I'm not positive.
