Would the mintmark in this quarter be considered a filled mintmark. The obverse side exposes some copper colour and partly silver with white dots. Could this be due to missing clad? Will much appreciate your opinions and comments. Thank you.

The filled mintmark is known as a broken post, quite
common on D and P mintmarks.
You are not missing any of the clad, looks like some
discolouration. If you were missing the clad, it would
copper coloured.

I agree with JimmyD. Also, if it was missing clad, it would be also lighter in weight and copper colored. Just seeing a normal quarter.
