I honestly don't see any doubling on your coin. The splits on the 9 should be a forked tongue. The tall top on the 7 should be twice as thick as the post. No notch on the T, and I can't see the shelf-like doubling on the right sides of IGWT. The eyelid doesn't seem abnormally thickened. The markers might be there or not, the surface wear has obscured such tiny details.

I am no cent expert, but I just don't see it on this one.

As BM stated, the split on the 9 should be fairly obvious but I'm not seeing it either.

I'm not seeing any doubling or the die markers. I don't think your coin is a DDO.
