I am trying to see what you guys think about this coin. It seems to be a double straight clipped. Is it just PMD? And if not worth grading? Its in decent shape in my eyes. And what about my lightning what am I doing wrong or what do I need to give best puctures?

Looks more like it was intentionally done that a straight clip.
This would have to be a corner clip and the angle should be
closer to 90 degrees plus there is no Blakesly effect.

These pix are quite good--focus and lighting are fine. It would be great to have a couple pictures of the edge in the region of the potential clips though.

Not an error. It's PMD. Someone intentionally cut the edges off with shears or something. There's no Blakesley effect

The cut along the obverse bottom shows crushing and a metal edge. That was done by some kind of metal shears or a press. You can also see that the reverse rim is bent towards the R, which should not happen in a clipped planchet.
