Worn die strike - obviously not "Full Steps"

Sorry: Forgot to add the damage to the bottom left of the steps should nullify the "Full Steps" designation!

Nice coin but not FS. The damage above N is too severe to allow for a FS designation.

Also, the obverse die has seen a lot of use.

Please edit your title to reference the Denver mintmark.
