CAMBODIA #17a 5,000 Riels (1974) NOT Issued. Portrait on note is that of Mr. Krom Ngoy (renamed Krom Ou by Khmer King Sisowat). Lived 1865>1936.. A well known Cambodian poet and writer from Kandal Province. Note only came to market in 2006.

Very nice note Barent. Did you pick it up in Cambodia or Bangkok? and if in Bangkok any more available? I wouldn't mind picking one up next time I'm there.
