I bought the coin on the right from an auction yesterday. It was described as a copy. But when I compared it to a similar coin I have, it's the same dimensions, weight, and they both scratch test as silver.

Width 32.2 mm
Thickness 1.7 mm
Weight 13.41 grams
Non-magnetic
Scratch tests as silver (turned same color as known genuine coin)

I know it's a different year and so will not be an exact match.

The 1825 coin is a metal detecting find, The 1830 coin is the one in question.

Look at how the stars connect to the denticles on the 1830 half. That is one of many signs it was correctly labeled as a copy.

Both look real, The stars stretching to the edges is a common later die state issue. Both are cleaned as such are details coins. What are the weights of each coin?

I scanned and missed your weights, they look spot on. I don't see
Anything that would lead me to think either of these are fake.

I also feel like the date on the 1830 looks a little "off," versus this example, linked below. The position of your "8" looks a little low, but I am far from an expert on this series.

Halfmind, there are 23 different 1830 varieties and divided between small zero and large zero. Date placement and spacing of numbers can be all over the place on capped bust halves.

Thanks, Adam. For OP's sake, I hope it is the real deal.

They both look genuine to me. Not seeing anything to make me think they're fake.

Unnecessary to scratch test for silver.
