It just looked to me like a partial secondary collar formed from some form of striking error. I thought I'd seen some type of clash or damage that can make a second rim. For whatever reason, it didn't register to me as a regular dent. Normal damage either way, it filled a hole in my book though! Report this Post to the Staff
