Could be a Tilted Die error or a Rim Fin.

Could also be a slight Misaligned Die.
Would really need the coin in hand to say for sure
but whatever the cause, it is just minor.

If you search Lincoln cents you will see that a bit often. I always thought it was because of a slightly tilted hammer die but that's just my opinion.

"Worn down Rim Fin from a tilted die" is what I was used to calling it but who knows?
