A clad 1959 Washington quarter?
I'm at a loss for the rest of the title too.

Interesting error coin. Although the slab label seems inaccurate.

Some one at NGC flubbed that one. Likely a lamination of some sort but clad layer? Me thinks not

The reverse is also bizarre. Serious lamination / split planchet / capped die?

Might be time to think a little more outside the box. Thanks, Doug.

I wonder why the weight wasn't included on the slab.

With the reverse picture included, yes, it does look a lot more like a split planchet.
