Hi all

I have found a 2009 Canadian quarter which appears to maybe have a "struck through" error possibly. It look as if Queen Elizabeth II has a mole or a pimple just behind her eye. It seems as if it is popped out, not in. Doesn't look like pad, but I could definitely be wrong as I am new to looking for errors.

Any advice or suggestions are always welcome

Thanks to all.

Looks more like damage from a hit than a Struck Through.
You can see the displaced metal.

I agree with JimmyD. You can also see other damage as well from circulation.

Looks like it's begun to rust from the inside out.
The fate of all our plated steel coins once damage has compromised the plating.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
