That flamingo looks suspiciously like an echidna to me.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

It is Hondo that's why I turned the echidna upside down The flamingo is on the tail end of the number 5 .

On the AU/MS flamingo coin there's a die chip/cud in right corner and a minor die clash. (Right claw in the armpit area of the echidna).

I only just noticed but the cameo ugly duckling flamingo coin has crown or hair die clash under right claw arm. Thank you all.

Hi Allcoinage,
I'm not sure about grading coins so can't help there. I'm curious about die clashes though. What would we look for to identify a die clash? I can't see anything in the echidna's armpit area.
Nice example of a flamingo coin anyway. Certainly a keeper.

SallyG I will try get a closer and clearer image of clash area. The clash is usually the crown or the hair of the Queen in armpit area of echidna.would like too know how many of the CAMEO AUSTRALIAN FLAMINGO VARIETY drooling with clash coins have been found and if they are rarer to find, seen alot of the normal varietie coins with similar clash.(it's only a minor clash)image below.
