2008 Hawaii P Mint Error Or Circulation Damage (Or Both)?

I have this a 2008 Hawaii p and trying to understand if it is a potential mint issue or if looks more like circulation/environmental damage on both sides. There are additional impressions as well as the color being way off. I put it next to a "normal" one for reference. Thank you in advance! Report this Post to the Staff
