1967 Jefferson Nickel New Discovered Bird's Nest/Vent Stack?

So far, we have "Wounded Eagle, spike, birds' nest, etc. I think we should name this "vent stack" since it looks like it, and the location is similar to the real Montecillo house vent stack.
