Nice one! On balance, I'm leaning toward VF-35 here. It's a little stronger in places, but VF-35 seems bourse-floor comfortable. The clasp, hair at the forehead, and wear on the feathers holds it back from EF-40. If VF-38 existed, this would be it. The circulation cameo helps the overall appearance, which is a bit dark, although that could be photo effect, too. There aren't many circulation dings in the fields, but the cluster on the cheek is noticeable as is the rim ding on the reverse at 4:00 and dings on the obverse at 11:30 and 2:00, but those are exactly what would be expected for VF. Nice overall strike and even appearance. Really nice coin.
