Die Chip On 2017, 2018, & 2019 Nickel (Revised)

I have all three years with the same die chip error in the same spot. This is a first for me. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all you help. However, this is a very common area for these die chips form for some reason. They have been called 'Hornets Nests' not. Collecting since 1972. Learning from then on "Tell me and I forget.
