1998 & 1999 Penny Yellow / Golden Color

The copper plating can take on many different colors, the bright yellow color loos like it was polished a bit to make it so bright and shiny. The cost of grading these cents is a bit prohibitive due to the cost of grading vs the very low value of the coins. Collecting since 1972. Learning from then on "Tell me and I forget.
