Found CRH. It's hard to say if this specimen is a specific match for WDDR-005. The shape of the doubling seems similar, although the Wexler plate coin has an odd gap in the doubling (maybe from grease?). The die chip in Liberty looks similar, but that is a very common location for die chips on modern Jefferson nickels. There is no die dot above the E, die dot below Tom's nose, or die scratch through RIB. This nickel appears mid-to-late die state, although it's hard to tell the plate coin die state (I would assume LDS).

Dearborn, yeah, the big groove is unsightly, but the obverse was also scraped by a wrapping machine right through the field. The coin is alas for educational purposes only. =P

E&V, I think there's a case to be made that this is just a different, yet-uncataloged DDR. There were quite a few in 2016.
