I found this tonight and believe it to be https://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln...ie_state=mds
Nice split serifs on top and bottom of the D. The markers except (except for the die scratch above liberty which matches very well) are mostly worn off and difficult to see. Let me know what you think. I am not sure about this one. May have to go into the "I don't know" box. Thanks for looking.

Nice find. It's an RPM, but I don't think it's 1MM-168.

I only looked through VV's listings, so did not touch on anywhere near all of available listings, but take a look at VV's 061 and see if you can match any markers, as you have the coin in hand.

VV's RPM-061 http://varietyvista.com/02b%20LC%20...0DRPM061.htm

Thank you -makecents- for taking a look at this. I can see one faint die scratch shown in the 1st pic that appears to be a match. Also, in the 2nd pic shows what might be a die chip on the 1st column in the correct shape and position for stage "D". I had looked at all the vv listing and all of the cc listings and thought I had found the closest one but after looking at this again I think you may be correct. Let me know what you think. Thanks for the assist.

Could be, the circulated coins can be tough without a smoking gun marker. Bank rolls are what I search for the most part, so I feel your pain. I just enjoy it and you can't beat the cost. If I were in your shoes, I would probably label as such with a ? after it. I have gotten to the point I don't beat myself up with a situation like this and just move on. Thanks for looking it over again though.
