1960 P Lincoln 1c Lathe Lines

I'm posting this mainly as an example I found in the same roll of DDO-012 which I posted a couple days back showing doubling on the date of some sort. This coin has that same doubling around the date but it is not as strong. It doesn't have the doubled eyelid either. So I think we have a working hub issue but I'm not sure exactly what that issue is.

There are remnants of a clash west of 1.

There are lathe lines on the reverse.

lathe lines on the reverse are very nice, but I don't see them on the obverse, just radial flow lines maybe.
