panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18657 Posts	Posted 10/20/2025 08:33 am pretty much impossible to determine what marks are on the holder and which ones are on the coin. the fingerprint would not affect grade however it would affect value. it appears to have a nice color. if all those marks/scratches are on the holder MS65 otherwise MS63 Report this Post to the Staff
