This photo is all I can provide until I receive the coin in hand. I'm hoping for the IMM FS-501. What do you think? Thanks for all opinions!

Hard to say from that photo. Just based on the angle of the mint mark and the placement relative to the leaves, I am going to guess no. But the coin appears slightly tilted in that photo, which throws off some proportions. Looking forward to the in-hand images. Good luck! =)

Not IMM FS-501 - It was normal.
Oh well, back to the hunt!
Thanks!

I have one to post later in the week that has been giving me a headache. I think it might actually be one of the S-over-inverted-S varieties. It is a really strange looking S, that's for sure.

Yes. I suppose I should have said 1945-S. It's in an ANACS slab, mint state, but the coin is lodged in the holder crooked. I am going to try the scope I got from Marve.

Quote: I am going to try the scope I got from Marve. Glad to hear you got yourself a scope! A handheld light is a must-have with a scope. The one I listed is the exact one that I use—three levels of brightness and three levels of color. The amber color is perfect when paired with a close-up of a copper coin. It will allow you to get light around the mintmarks/dates to show varieties much better than an overhead light ever will. Additionally, when taking full-shot photos of copper coins, bringing the light in from the side will help accurately display the coin's color. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BCVLYTH...r_B0CH89Q55ZI should have this coin on Saturday or on Monday.

That new coin is definitely the IMM. Graded in an NGC slab is a nice bonus, although they don't attribute the IMM (to my knowledge, anyway).

This coin arrived today. At some point, it will be sent to CACG to obtain the INV mintmark variety on the holder. At MS64, I don't see any problems with at least getting that. This is my first INV S variety that I have found in MS straight grade. Now I can get some rest.
