It's possible that it was Double strike Error?

Creating a Full Circle instead of Bottom Flat Circle
With the date within the Circle lines.

to CCF.
It looks like someone extended the circle - I can see some moved metal around the date area.

Can you post up a full coin image of this please?
It should look like this

That line was added after the the coin was struck. Looks like it is
from a Coin Wrapping Machine and is considered damage.
Also known as the Ring of Death.

What I find interesting about this coin is none of the numbers on the date appear to be damaged. A Ring of Death would most certainly damage the numbers, so I don't think that was the cause. While I don't think this any sort of Mint related issue, it is quite interesting. I'm looking forward other responses.

yes, the numbers of the date are below the level of the field where the ring is. so they would not get damaged.
But IF this is a ' Ring of Death' it sure is coincidental that it perfectly follows the circle of the coins design ring.
and the damage is very consistent all the way around the permitter of the coin. a Coin Wrapping Machine has 3 or 4 crimping fingers to roll in the tube paper - I see no gaps to show that. But the Op has yet to show a full coin image

Can you please post up a FULL coin image for us?

Is it an Error Coin or a Damaged Coin?

If it's a damage coin from a roller the numbers have turned to half from scratches.

Or Double Died? Since within the Circle there's a doubling almost all around it and a little off centered to the right

As stated previously, it is damage.
There is no way for that to happen when the coin was struck.
Also FYI, the correct term is Doubled Die, not a Double Died.

May I know the cause if it's a damage coin done intentionally, from a coin roller or any machine related?

If it's a coin roller how come the numbers are intact and I can see the small detailed lines and numbers are still intact.

Potential Possibilities: It could be that the coin blank was struck while misaligned, causing some of the design elements to be off-center, or it could have had a wider rim.

There is no question that this is Wrapping Machine Damage.

As mentioned earlier, because they are incused, not raised. We've seen this before on these coins.

This pic shows its gouged by the machine plain as day...

Here's the same thing on another quarter. Numbers are uninterrupted because they are incused.
