Hello,
Just received these in a roll and I am not sure what this type of error is called or what causes it. There seems to be some "stretching" or ghosting of the letters to the north. I have about 6 of these.

Thanks for any help provided.

Die Deterioration but it is not considered an error
and adds no value. Keep one as an example if you like.

looks like Die Deterioration going on here, as evidenced by the radial flow lines in the same area.

Also, this looks like a non-circulating business strike San Fran minted quarter.
