64, but I see hairline scratches on head, maybe more in different light.

lighting not the best here NS as its making the surfaces dull void of most luster. if the luster is broken across the surfaces I would say UNC details (cleaned) otherwise MS63, there is a fine line between acceptable dip and cleaned this one may be borderline

96P is an issue very common in gem grade. They are often well-struck and lustrous. It's fairly hard to get a higher grade on these, but technically I agree with MS63/64. Unsure about luster or past cleanings based on these photos.

i dont think she was dipped. I'm on the fence with missing luster on the obverse left field and across the face. that going to keep it out of the MS64 box. AU58 slider or MS63. I'm leaning slider on this one. small reeding hit in front of ear area also. as a slider the price is correct as a MS63 excellent price.
