Did you count the rolls or just look in the box? Sometimes depending on the box style, the weight of the coins and moving the box around will cause a roll to move downward to the next row in the box. If you are short a roll, and the box has been opened...I don't know what kind of luck you'll have with the bank.

Bank will not help most likely. Just be glad you weren't searching half dollars.

i have not opened the box and I am pretty sure that one did not shift down

will the bank still be no help with an unopened box?

Those holes on the side are there for a reason! Return the box if you think it's missing a roll.

I agree, if box is not opened, see if they will exchange it.

If you have an account and are a regular customer ther should be no problem. I got a roll of dollars from my bank one time and it was short on coin plus it had a guarte instead of a dollar, making the roll short by 1.75. I figured I would call the bank just to bring it to there attention and they actually credited my account.

I would probably bring it back to the bank.

Take it back. The bank will probably accept it.

If it is your bank, more than likely they will credit your account over the phone with no need to take the box back. If you return the box for another, you will never know what goodies it had!
