Hello, my son found this coin in Rockland, Ontario, Canada - it looks very old but no idea what it is. Just showing the front since the back seems impossible to distinguish - any ideas? Its about the size of a loony but twice as thick.

It looks to be a modern cast copy of a roman bronze from the time of Marcus Aurelius or Commodus.
