What happened to cause this oddity on both the obverse and reverse of this coin? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To CCF! Your coin was damaged post mint by heat. It's PMD. It caused the surfaces to bubble.

to CCF.
with errers, your dime was heated to extreme levels, causing the cladding to bubble up and separate from the copper core.
