There was no WAM or CAM in 1989, they are all the same.
No way of telling if the die is rotated from those pictures.
Just a regular cent worth a cent.

Split plating, normal Wide AM for this year.
and without the cent image taken in front of a mirror, we cannot tell if it is a rotated die.
