Lower MS - 62 is a safe call. Maybe an acetone soak would help her out.

the coin is MS. just on the lower end. some pretty good hits in front of the forehead. missing luster across the cheek. lower eye appeal and probably the most egregious issue is that the coin was cleaned and not properly rinsed leaving the residual edges of the liquid. most likely it was done to attempt to reduce the scratches on the cheek

the coin has no signs of PL surfaces
