I'm thinking the pictures make it look worse than it is - still has alot of details left from the strike - I would venture an AU 55 (ish)

cant go wrong with the price at this time. obviously it could change for melt which is $41 for this coin.

the coin could use an acetone bath. AU50. the issue is the black streaks on the rev. this could be PMD and may not resolve if soaked.
its such a common coin in a lower end graded coin. the coin most likely would not increase/decrease in value over the years other than for its silver content.
